Zakynthos Retreat
Nervous system reset
“…less like an escape, more like a return”
I run retreats because I believe in the power of shared, intentional time - the kind that allows for real connection, honest reflection, and meaningful transformation. Over the years, I’ve come to see that healing isn’t something that can be forced or rushed; it happens when we feel safe, supported, and spacious enough to meet ourselves fully.
Retreats give us that rare chance to slow down and be present - to share meals, laughter, movement, stillness, and the natural world with others who are also choosing to show up for themselves. I prioritise integration just as much as the peak moments, recognising that what matters most is how we bring what we learn back into our lives. My approach invites people to willingly meet their edges, not to push past them with force, but to move beyond perceived limitations with curiosity and compassion. I’ve come to understand that transformation begins when we align our choices with our authentic selves, and my retreats are designed to support that process every step of the way.
Beyond the practices, what drives me is a desire to reshape the retreat space entirely, moving away from top-down models of facilitation and towards something more inclusive, relational, and representative. This means honouring the wisdom of every person in the room, whether they’re attending or contributing, and creating experiences where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered. With my background in teaching, holding ceremony, and living this work, I know I’m in the right place to lead that shift - and I’m excited to keep building retreats that feel less like an escape, and more like a return.

Practitioner: Nathan Kruger
Nathan Kruger is a Subconscious Pattern Specialist, award-nominated theatre practitioner, and expert in behavioural analysis, dedicated to helping individuals uncover and rewire the subconscious patterns that shape their lives. With a deep background in character development, movement psychology, and experiential learning, he has developed The Blueprint Method, a pioneering approach that empowers individuals to decode their behavioural tendencies and integrate lasting change in their relationship with identity.
As a guest facilitator at the Zakynthos retreat, Nathan will guide participants through a transformational self-exploration experience, blending movement study, subconscious behavioural analysis, and immersive exercises creating profound shifts in self-awareness. His sessions integrate theatre-based techniques, “The Eight Efforts,” and the Intention to Affect framework, helping participants recognise how subconscious narratives influence their emotions, relationships, and decisions.
Guest Teacher: Keris Ellington-Brown
Keris Ellington-Brown, an accomplished instructor known for her dynamic and integrative approach, will be joining us as our guest teacher for the CNS Reset Retreats.
She’ll be leading her signature "Rekaalibrate Sessions," a unique blend of yoga and Pilates, and guiding us through the beautiful trails on our hikes. Keris brings a vibrant energy to everything she does, along with a great sense of humour that guarantees laughs and lightness throughout our journey.
Having spent significant time together in Cape Town and on various retreats in Italy, I can personally attest to the joy and positivity she brings into any space. I’m thrilled and truly blessed that she’ll be sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with us on this retreat.
Nutrition
At our retreats in Zakynthos, food is a key part of creating a healthy and supportive experience. All meals are prepared using fresh, local produce sourced from the island. This allows us to offer a whole food menu that is both nutritious and rooted in the region’s natural abundance.
The food we serve is simple, wholesome, and full of flavour. You can expect dishes made from seasonal vegetables, fruits, pulses, grains, and healthy fats like olive oil. We cater to all dietary and lifestyle requirements. For those who eat animal products, we may include fresh, locally-sourced fish or dairy. The meals are designed to be balanced and satisfying without being heavy, supporting you throughout the day whether you're moving, resting, or reflecting.
We’ve created a menu that helps you feel nourished without the need to overthink what you’re eating. Everything will be made with care and served in a relaxed, communal setting, giving you the space to enjoy your meals without rush.
Whether you have specific dietary needs or are simply looking to eat well while focusing on your health and mindset, our food offering is built to support you. It's one more reason to feel good about joining us on retreat - and something many guests say is one of the highlights of their time with us.
