THE JOURNAL

Room for
thought.

Notes on movement, everyday practice and the things we notice when we make a little space.

01 / ATTENTION

Begin with curiosity.

Before deciding what your practice should look like, take a moment to notice where you are today. What feels familiar? What feels different? What needs a little more time?

Attention can be a starting point. Explore, learn and return, one movement at a time.

02 / EVERYDAY PRACTICE

Make a little space.

A change of pace can begin with a quiet moment before the day, time outdoors or a few minutes on the mat without an ambitious plan.

Start with something you can return to. Leave room to notice. Practice belongs in everyday life.

for what moves you.
