Tom incorporates professional photography in the lifestyle, movement, fashion and editorial sectors, to deliver exceptional content both creatively and physically

Signed to W Model Management’s fitness roster, he teaches 1:1 sessions in the City, north, east, south west and central London, and select studio classes & workshops in London at The Ned and The Refinery. He is hired to teach yoga & fitness for private holidays and groups abroad, tailoring personalised sessions to retreats around the world.

Tom’s journey has been extraordinary. Since the age of 5, Tom was training 27 hours a week in gymnastics, competing nationally and spending 4 years as a stunt double in the Warner Bros Harry Potter films.

He went on to spend eight years managing high-end health clubs in London which brought him to weight training – initially for aesthetic reasons, determined to get bigger and be stronger. Tom’s own trainers came in many forms across multiple disciplines including martial arts, body weight training, calisthenics, and body building.

Despite guidance from professional trainers enhancing his knowledge & passion for fitness, Tom acquired injuries which impeded his progress and saw his diet and exercise spiral.

‘As a yoga practitioner of 30 years, I can endorse Tom’s teaching skills with confidence. His adjustments are highly effective, and his practice is stunning to watch.’ - Heather Davis

Yoga was recommended by a friend, and the practice clicked; as well as allowing him to move in ways reminiscent of practicing gymnastics, yoga came to be an essential tool for Tom – attention to the present moment became an integral part of his life and yoga practice. Starting as an exercise for the material body, yoga brought stillness and awareness to his physical, mental and spiritual being.

Soon enough, Tom felt strong and empowered to take his PT qualifications. Transitioning into a Personal Trainer was a natural progression before travelling around Asia and taking his 500hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India (2016) covering Hatha & Ashtanga. The following year saw Tom take an additional 50hrs with the inimitable Dylan Werner for an advance assists workshop (2017). He has since been teaching at retreats in South East Asia, Greece, Spain, Albania, Ibiza and the USA.

Tom recently delivered a Svadhaya training scheme at Moreyoga for teachers to develop their skills and yoga classes for special events such as NYC’s Daybreaker rooftop event at sunrise for 200 people, and the London Eye for Time Out Magazine.

Amongst all this, Tom is an advocate for continuous learning, constantly taking immersions and forever developing his training and teaching.
